Michael Squire

Michael Squire has had 25 years experience of information systems in the highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment and now runs Tersys Limited, an IS/IT consultancy business.

He started as an assembler programmer, moved through systems analysis and design, software and systems management, and then on to international business integration and IT project management.
After a spell project managing in the manufacturing supply chain, he returned to IT with country and regional responsibility in the global business sector.

As director of Tersys he works throughout the United Kingdom and internationally, with particular focus on regulatory compliance, information security and business continuity as well as interim and project management.

His association with IMIS started as a student in 1987 when he began studying for the Institute's professional qualifications.

Besides spending time with his wife and two children he enjoys running, flying as a volunteer gliding instructor and classic films.
