Christopher J Puttick

MIMIS

Christopher Puttick is a career IT management professional who graduated in Management and, following a year as student union general secretary, combined an interest in technology with a degree by entering into IT.
He has built a PC hardware supply business, provided IT support in various sectors and worked as a consultant in an IT solutions company.
He is currently CIO of Oxford Archaeology, combining CIO responsibilities with taking company expertise in geo-spatial solutions to market with OA Digital.

This year Christopher has served on the IMIS council as a co-opted member.
If elected for a longer term, he will endeavour to assist IMIS in gaining recognition as the leading association for current and aspiring IT management professionals.
In addition, Christopher would help IMIS be recognised as the primary body for government consultation on IT policy and as the place to gain unencumbered advice regarding IT strategy.
