Francis Kwadade-Cudjoe
BSc(Hons) MBA PhD MIMIS
Francis Kwadade-Cudjoe is an Information Technology Specialist and the Director of Information Technology at the Water Resources Commission (WRC), Ghana.
He graduated in 1980 with BSc. (Hons) Computer Science from the KNUST, Kumasi, Ghana, obtained an MBA (specialising in Information Technology Management) from the University of Leicester in 2008, and is currently reading for PhD in Management from the SMC University, Switzerland.
He started in computing at the Ghana Statistical Service, Accra in 1980) as a programmer, then continued as a computer programmer/analyst at the Tema Oil Refinery, Tema (1984) where he became Head of the Computer Services in 1990. He joined the WRC in April 2000.
He has passion and speciality in developing computer software (databases).
As a co-opted member of IMIS, Francis wants to see the IMIS solidly established in Ghana.
He is assisting IMIS to run a top-up degree programme in a Ghanaian University.
