Terry has played an active role in the Information Management industry for 35 years working for software houses, computer suppliers and IT consultancy groups.

He has always sought roles that interface business and IT as he believes strongly that this is where he can be most effective. 
His aim is to help ensure that IT is deployed as an efficient and easily accessible tool, empowering the business to succeed.

His career has taken him through the traditional programming and business analysis route, via project and programme management through to business-led IT consultancy and COO roles.
He is currently Operations Director for a niche consultancy, specialising in Regulation and Compliance consultancy with strong software and delivery tools.

He is committed to people development and has skills in communication and motivation.
He believes that he has already demonstrated to IMIS his enthusiasm to actively contribute and now seeks the opportunity to add value through new ideas in the areas of communication and member participation.

He is currently a Fellow of the Institute, Vice-Chairman of The Executive Network (the largest board level networking group in the UK) and an active member of the Institute of Directors.
