Top ten skills needed to be an IT manager

I came across a good article on SearchCIO which lists the top ten skills needed to become an IT manager/CIO. (Actually, for now, there are five, with five more to come)

The article suggests you need to be a vertical virtuoso, an enforcer, a protector, a translator and a negotiator. The later article, which has yet to be published, argues that you also need to be a mentor and a visionary.

What characteristics would you add to the list? Innovator? Pragmatist? Facilitator? Leader?
