The impact of ICT on our daily and working lives will continue to reshape everything we do. It is vital that a respected organisation such as IMIS provides an objective forum for IS professionals, industry, educationalists and government to assess and plan for each new technology development. We will continue with our important work in setting and maintaining standards for both IT education and professional conduct, and represent our Members' interests on all leading policy making committees.
IMIS continues to review all of its core programmes in the context of evolving technology application. As new media and capabilities emerge, we assess their impact on IS management, and consider how we can enhance our own services.
