Staffordshire University launches new BSc specifically for IMIS graduates

A new distance learning BSc in Information Systems Management has been launched at Staffordshire University that has been developed specifically for IMIS graduates.

Designed to follow on from the IMIS High Diploma the course is open only to IMIS Higher Dimplomates and is fully accredited by and in association with IMIS. On completion of the course you will have a BSc (Hons) qualification and be eligible for full membership of IMIS - designated MIMIS.

It is delivered in part time mode over two years, however, the university can be flexible when you need to focus your attention elsewhere. In addition, the course is taught by highly qualified and experienced academics who are also members of IMIS.

The BSc covers concepts in information systems security, advanced database management, management of information systems audit and internal control, perspectives in information systems analysis and design, applied research and project proposal and a work focussed major project. The focus is on you and how you can develop to improve your career prospects.
